Hi Julien,

The x file exported and 3ds has nothing to do with the textures and the "Purge" tool in Su will not make a diff as unused materails dont make it in the export.
Care to share the polycount ?(face count in Deepex or triangles) that will be your problem

And make sure everything is unticked in the geometry tab in that menu, that could move and rescale the ship

Dont worry about that indicator its not the axis, its mearly a indicator,it always shows like that in deepex

Try right click select all, that will show the proper axis

Hi !

I do not understand what is happening. In Sketchup I have this:

Then deep in without touching anything:

And in the VS is the vertical ship (plus a reverse right and left that can be seen on the port and starboard lights when it is correctly placed in skethup):

Julien, in the above shot in DeepEx of your ferry' windows, the axis are exactly similar to what you have in Sketchup (that is the small axis position at the origine -on the left of your capture here- that counts, not the large one that is just an indication as Axeonalias said) , so these axis are correct.
However, as in my case, you may have to check on the "Turn to Left-hand system" box.
See below for correct export settings of all your model and material/mapping/textures as well:

Now keep in mind I never use Sketchup so some differences can exist, but I had a similar case of reversed axis than yours however and the above settings solved my problem.
As for the size of the model itself, as Axeonalias said, check your Geometry tab settings in DeepEx export process.
