3ds Max UI bug?

Can anyone tell me, when I randomly switch back to 3ds Max, it looks like this? Empty bars here and there, and then it just crashes?

Hi Saken,

are you using the latest graphics card drivers? Or try to run Max in a different graphic mode (DX, Nitrous).

Hi there Marko :) I am using Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit, with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M with the latest drivers from NVIDIA to my GeForce card :)

Hi,

I use Max 2013 / 2014 and the latest Service Packs in Nitrous mode with Win8.1 Pro 64x and a NVidia GTX460M with no problems. I think it's not a 3ds Max bug. ;)

Now when I think about it, 3ds Max 2014 acts weird in Windows 7 as well, and 8.1 performs FAR better than 7 on my machine, even better than 8 :)
