[light_an] = angle the light is directed to (on a 360° disk), in radian.

[light_da] = aperture of the sector of the light, in radian.

For the basic regulatory navigation lights of ships more than 50m (your models), you will always have the following unchanged light_an and light_da for green, red and white lights:

starboard green light
Green [light_name]
0.20 [light_scale]
46.5 [light_x]
105.05 [light_y]
143.8 [light_z]
-0.98 [light_an]
1 [light_da]

port red light
Red [light_name]
0.20 [light_scale]
-46.5 [light_x]
105.05 [light_y]
143.8 [light_z]
0.98 [light_an]
1 [light_da]

front white light
White [light_name]
0.25 [light_scale]
0 [light_x]
159.7 [light_y]
115.94 [light_z]
0 [light_an]
1.9635 [light_da]

main high white light
White [light_name]
0.25 [light_scale]
0 [light_x]
185.75 [light_y]
35.66 [light_z]
0 [light_an]
1.9635 [light_da]

stern white light
White [light_name]
0.25 [light_scale]
0 [light_x]
75.7 [light_y]
-610.4 [light_z]
3.14159 [light_an]
1.178 [light_da]

For the x, y and z values, you already know what they stand for of course.
Other ships with special purpose or maneuvre or cargo or situation can have other lights of course.
