Small but important update! This project is not dead. Just been on the backburner.

She looks amazing! Will you be replacing the file link to the SS Lorraine's new version? I got to her a bit late and the link was broken.

If the ship sank, it was not built by me.

Cheer, I have no idea the link for the Lorraine was broken. I will see about uploading a new one soon. I may do an even more through update to the Lorraine now that i have experience with textures. and might do some other much needed updates to that ship as well. But as of right now, Queen Anne is my main focus.

Understood. Sometime do you think you could teach me how to texture? I use Google Sketchup 8, and all of my texturing is HORRIBLE.

Sure. Ill post a tutorial (hopefully) in the next few days about how to texture a ship. What do you use to export? 3D Rad?

Yup. I use Google Sketchup 2008 with 3D Rad to export it. As you can see from my latest (and only) thread, I am NOT good at texturing.

First off, i strongly urge you to find a way to get Deep Exploration and use it to export your ships. 3D rad does a horrible job with texture quality and coloration and does a good job at distortion of the image. Deep Exploration is a good tool to idolize when putting ships in game
