I was once looking at a Bill Garden design of a 165' motor sailor.
Designed in the seventies. Helipad and all.
Nice design.
I'll try to put up a copy of the plans later today.

Here is a shot of something that seems like it would be easy. Mainsail Lazyjacks.
The lee has to be slack, stbd. taught.
And of course there has to be a furled version.
This literally took 3 hours.

Sharpy what a work of art! The Master Virtual Yacht builder at his best, love your work!

As for the lazyjacks, most guys I sail with just leave them taught and guide the main battens when hoisting, or when racing, we roll the whole stackpack up, and move the lazyjacks to the reefing hook so the whole system is clear, dont think it makes to much difference though.
