Making Night sky or water lighter at night

Postby Fearless » Thu Mar 02, 2017 1:23 am

Hi all,

Does anyone have advise how I can reduce the darkness of the night sky or alternatively make the water colour lighter? Currently it is pitch black and I can't distinguish between the water and sky.

Thanks in advance

One easy way is to change the date so that the moon rises.
Or add more clouds?

You can use the free tool "VSF sky designer" from Ilan's VSF website. Just follow the readme prompts and you can alter colors, brightness, star clarity, etc...the tool creates a new sky chart within the program.
