bigstone...do you understand what Zulu, UMT, or GMT means? "Central time" is absolutely meaningless to anyone outside the US. You must specify times based on Greenwich Mean Time if you expect to attract VS'ers to your online session. This is a global sim.

Go to whatismyip.com and use the address that you get from there. also please use GMT/UT/Zulu for the time.
