problems with the propeller position!

Hi,
I have problems with changing the positions of the propellers of my boat.
The very first time I setting the position it was working but now the y; and x-axis of the propellers are on 0 position of the boat and I couldn´t change the positions whatever I´m going to do.
I´ve checked the words and signs in the boat .cfg but it isn´t working.
Perhaps someone have had the same problems in the past and know what is wrong.

This is only for VS-7
Not for VSF. That would be the vehicle.cfg
