So... now it seems that the bow is done... Now, I need a "technique" to weld the hull with the deck... I am open for comments, and of course constructive critisism.

So... for the second time... after lots of tries, I started with building her hull from a box, in the left view. As you can see here, the bulb came along very nice.

As I now also got Photoshop CS6 Extended, so now I will be able to texture her as well.

This time, I feel quite satisified with the bulb and the bow.

Of course, that "line" on the side of the bow needs to be smoothened out, I will take care of that later.

So... another update... the "edge" on the side of the ship is gone, smoothed out, as I said I would. But now, concidering to model other things...

Also, I have no idea why Nitrous is shading the model like it does. My advice: ignore it.

And So, I'm onto the stern. Began shaping the side of the stern today, some photos of her stern would be nice. I will look with Bing if I can find some. (For those who wonders, yes, I AM a Microsoft fanatic, wether you like it, or not )

Deutschmark

Thanks =), others around me have said I indeed have an eye for detail, and it seems they are right. Of course, like you said, it's in early stages of modeling, but as always, I will continue to wrestle with the modeling, all the way, until it's finished.

This project though, might take up to... 1-2 years? Who knows? Well, I can sadly not answer that question  Of course it depends on how many hours I spend on it every day. Today, about... 1-3 hours maybe...
