The Bike Beta Author: Pascal Dumat

The Bike Beta is a fun and fully functional bicycle for Vehicle Simulator.

A bicycle, also called a cycle or bike, is a human-powered or motor-powered, pedal-driven, single-track vehicle, having two wheels attached to a frame, one behind the other.

A bicycle rider is called a cyclist, or bicyclist. Bicycles were introduced in the late 19th century in Europe, and by the early 21st century, more than 1 billion were in existence at a given time.
These numbers far exceed the number of cars, both in total and ranked by the number of individual models produced.

They are the principal means of transportation in many regions. They also provide a popular form of recreation, and have been adapted for use as children's toys, general fitness, military and police applications, courier services, bicycle racing and bicycle stunts.

The Funcar Papilio Author: Pascal Dumat & Thomas Brueckelt

Pascal Dumat had the idea to make a vehicle vor VSF which can drive, fly and dive.
Thomas Bruckelt designed the Funcar Papilion in CAD and gave it to Pascal Dumat to transfer it into VSF.

Ilan Papini supported the project in combining the elements so that it works well as car, plane and submarine, Pascal added the pilot, animations and sounds, Thomas finished the flight model and designed the painting.

The name "Papilio" comes from "Cheilopogon papilio" which is a species of flying fishes.
Wing-folding is done with F / SHIFT+F, For driving ("car mode") move the wings to the inside (F).
Its also recommendend to move the trim in its minimum foreward position (e.g. -38) to avoid taking off.

For using the Papilio as a submarine unfold the wings (SHIFT+F) and fill the ballast tank with the yellow lever on the instrument panel, Move it downwards to flood the tank.
The ballast instrument left beside the lever shows you the condition.
"0" means no air inside the tank, so its filled with water and you can use it as a submarine.
For flying and driving the indicator must be on "100%", so the tank is empty.

For flying unfold the wings (SHIFT+F), Make sure that the trim is in neutral position (0) and there is no ballast (100% on the ballast indicator) on board.

You need no rudder to fly the funcar, Its flight characteristics are very gentle, so it will be easy for you to explore the VSF-sceneries.

The Ecureuil D-HQIX-Pack Author: Pascal Dumat & Thomas Brueckelt

After Thomas saw the Ecureuil from http://www.helixcopter.de/ in action close to his home he made this video and showed it to Pascal: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zmq5UE6NgN4

In the end of a rainy year there was a lack of plant nutrient in the forests of Germany. So chalk needed to be dropped on the forests to save the plants.

Pascal quickly prepared a very detailed Ecureuil-3D-model from http://tf3dm.com The project was born...

Thomas contacted the pilot of the real Ecureuil - Fred Burggraf – to make a very realistic flight model.
Pascal had the idea to add the wheel loader and the van with trailer to simulate the complete action.

Please read installation and use manual PDF file inside the zip file you download, the user manual explains in detail how to install loads, how to deploy and attach cargo, and how to maniplate the vehicles inside this package, do not try to use the vehicles without reading instructions first !

Crawler-transporter Author: Alexey Filatov

Crawler-transporter :  from wikipedia

The crawler-transporters, formally known as the Missile Crawler Transporter Facilities,
are a pair of tracked vehicles used to transport spacecraft from NASA's Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) along the Crawlerway to Launch Complex 39. They were originally used to transport the Saturn IB and Saturn V rockets during the Apollo, Skylab and ApolloSoyuz programs. They were then used to transport Space Shuttles from 1981 to 2011.

The crawler-transporters carry vehicles on the Mobile Launcher Platform, and after each launch return to the pad to take the platform back to the VAB.

The two crawler-transporters were designed and built by Marion Power Shovel Company using components designed and built by Rockwell International at a cost of US$14 million each.

Upon its construction, the crawler-transporter became the largest self-powered land vehicle in the world.

While other vehicles such as bucket-wheel excavators like Bagger 293, dragline excavators like Big Muskie and power shovels like The Captain are significantly larger, they are powered by external sources.

The two crawler-transporters were added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 21, 2000.

HEMTT Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck Author: Paolo Costa

HEMTT: From Wikipedia

The Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) series is a range of eight-wheel drive diesel-powered off-road capable trucks, used by the US military. Formally described as "Truck, Cargo: 10-Ton, 8x8", it has been nicknamed the "Dragon Wagon". HEMTT trucks first went into service with the U.S. Army in 1982, as a replacement for the M520 Goer.[3]

A 10x10 variant of the HEMTT truck is used as prime mover in the Palletized load system (PLS). The vehicle is produced by the Oshkosh Corporation. In the civilian realm the truck's chassis is also used in the Oshkosh Striker as an airport crash tender.

The United States Marine Corps uses a similar vehicle, the Logistics Vehicle System (LVS), also manufactured by Oshkosh. An LVS differs in that it is actually an articulated vehicle, similar to a semi-trailer truck, using a modular system of a Front Power Unit attached to a Rear Body Unit, whereas HEMTTs are non-articulated, single unit vehicles.

Exterior design, developed in- house by VW design director Schäfer, kept the general lines of its Giugiaro-designed predecessor, but was slightly more rounded.
All told, about 6.3 million[2] second-generation Golfs were built.

Hot Air Balloon Author: Richard SantaColoma
Hot Air Balloon: From Wikipedia

The hot air balloon is the oldest successful human-carrying flight technology.
It is part of a class of aircraft known as balloon aircraft.
On November 21, 1783, in Annonay, France, the first untethered[1] manned flight was performed by Jean-François Pilâtre de Rozier and François Laurent d'Arlandes in a hot air balloon created on December 14, 1782 by the Montgolfier brothers.
Hot air balloons that can be propelled through the air rather than just being pushed along by the wind are known as airships or, more specifically, thermal airships.

Destination Moon (Tintin) : From Wikipedia

Destination Moon is the sixteenth of The Adventures of Tintin, a series of classic comic-strip albums, written and illustrated by Belgian writer and illustrator Hergé, featuring young reporter Tintin as a hero.
Destination Moon is the first part of one of the four multi-book stories in the Tintin series, the other part being Explorers on the Moon (On a marché sur la Lune).
It is one of two latter-day Tintin albums (the other being The Castafiore Emerald) that is not structured as a straightforward adventure story[citation needed]; instead, it is an episodic sequence of events surrounding the development of a moon rocket.
There is, however, a subplot involving espionage to hold the episodes together.
